Newly repainted, the colors are bright, yet warm and inviting, with local Vallarta artists’ works displayed on the walls.

Lounge in the couch, loveseat, or easy chair (all very comfortable). The TV has cable channels, many in English such as HBO, CineMax, Showtime, ESPN, CNN, TNT, HGTV, along with the usual CBS, NBC, and ABC channels. A CD player with adapters for iPod or other MP3 players.

The living room is open to a balcony that lets you enjoy the outdoors while inside! There is a cordless phone extension in the living area, open for local Puerto Vallarta and 800# calls (the phone lines in the entire condo are set up this way).

There are two dining areas, one just off the kitchen, with a wood carved Mayan calendar table covered with glass, and seating for 4. Your second dining option is the balcony overlooking Centro and the Bay of Banderas!

BATH

The bath has a Mexican tiled tub and shower combo with great water pressure from the “rainforest” shower head! There is a blow dryer provided, and you will have 6 drawers and 2 cabinets for storage.

Open windows that makes you feel as if you are showering outdoors, while you are indoors (windows high enough that no one can see in)! The entire bathroom is tiled!

There are plenty of wash cloths, hand and bath towels, along with beach/pool towels, so no need to bring your own!
